Cycrest delivers across Malaysia! The shipping rates are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 6.80 per order
Sabah & Sarawak: RM 13.80 per order
Enjoy FREE Shipping if you hit the minimum purchase amount in a single order:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 50
Sabah & Sarawak: RM 150
Please note that this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
Additional Information
- Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- Our courier service providers are GDex, Pos Laju, and NinjaVan.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
- Please ensure your purchased item follows Malaysia shipping regulation, e.g. "Spray" product is prohibited to be delivered via Air Freight. In the case that your purchased item is prohibited, we will cancel the item and proceed for a refund.
- For guarded building, the parcel will be handed over to the guardhouse or management office only.
Delivery Timeframe during the normal circumstance
After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days (excluding eekends and public holidays).
Except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
Delivery Timeframe During Promotion Periods
Due to the overwhelming order volume during the event period, there will be a slight delay in shipment. After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) or;
Can expect to receive their package within the promised delivery time-frame stated on the respective order summary / order confirmation email.
